Short Biography

I’m a Clinical Social Worker who is passionate about helping people navigate life’s most difficult seasons and move toward greater peace, strength, and emotional well-being. I believe therapy should be a space where you feel genuinely heard, understood, and supported without judgment.

My experience includes helping individuals work through grief and loss, anger management, trauma, PTSD, and the unique experiences of veterans and their families. Having also owned and operated an assisted living residence, I bring a personal understanding of the emotional demands of caregiving and enjoy supporting individuals experiencing caregiver stress and burnout.

My approach is compassionate, practical, and collaborative. Whether you’re coping with a significant loss, feeling overwhelmed by caregiving responsibilities, working through trauma, or simply trying to find your way forward, I’ll meet you where you are and work alongside you to create meaningful, lasting change.
